You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create ("User Content"), including business details, customer lists, review requests, and reply drafts. You give the Company a limited license to operate and improve the Services.

• You must have the rights to upload or share User Content.
• Do not disclose personal info without consent.
• Review content before publishing.

AI features may use third-party models. AI-generated reply drafts may not be unique and should be reviewed before posting.

• Review all AI-generated content before publishing.
• Do not use AI features for deceptive, unlawful, or misleading content.
• We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright status for generated output.

Published review replies, public links, or shared content may be visible to others. The Company may remove content that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where legally required.

The Services are provided “as is.” The Company’s liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
